What we collect
When you join a city waitlist, we collect your name, email address, city and signup date. For event bookings, we collect your name, email address, event, amount, payment status and booking date. When you register through our Tally form, we also collect your first name, last name, email address, optional phone number and how you describe yourself (remote worker, freelancer, entrepreneur or other). We also use a hashed submission identifier to limit abuse.
How we use your details
We use booking details to manage your reservation and deliver the event. We use waitlist details, with your consent, to send city launch updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and storage
Data is stored with Lovable Cloud. Registration forms are provided by Tally, which processes the details you enter on our behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives the details needed to complete the transaction. MindUp does not store full card numbers. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable data protection safeguards.
Cookies and preferences
We store your cookie preference on your device. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are enabled. Stripe may use essential cookies on its payment page. You can reopen cookie preferences from the footer.
Retention and your rights
Waitlist information is kept until the launch updates are no longer needed or you withdraw consent. Booking information is kept as needed to deliver events and meet applicable accounting obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to your data protection authority.
